Financial Trading Analysis Program

Build practical skills in analyzing financial statements and trading decisions. Our program runs from September 2025 through February 2026, designed for professionals looking to strengthen their analytical capabilities in the South Korean financial market.

What You'll Actually Learn

Financial statements tell stories about companies. But reading those stories takes practice. This program focuses on the fundamentals—how to spot patterns in balance sheets, what income statements reveal about business health, and why cash flow analysis matters more than most people think.

We spend most of our time working through real examples from companies trading on Korean exchanges. You'll analyze actual financial reports, not simplified textbook versions. And yes, you'll make mistakes. That's the point.

  • Six months of structured learning with practical assignments each week
  • Analysis of 50+ actual financial statements from various industries
  • Small cohorts limited to 15 participants for meaningful discussion
  • Evening sessions designed for working professionals
  • Focus on South Korean market context and regulatory requirements

Program Structure

1

Financial Statement Fundamentals

September – October 2025

We start with the basics because most people skip them. Balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. How they connect. What auditors look for. Common red flags that show up in Korean company filings.

2

Industry-Specific Analysis

November – December 2025

Different industries need different approaches. Manufacturing companies look nothing like tech startups on paper. We spend two months analyzing sectors that matter in the Korean market—semiconductors, automotive, retail, and financial services.

3

Trading Application

January – February 2026

The final phase connects analysis to actual trading decisions. When does fundamental data suggest action? How do you incorporate financial statement analysis into broader market context? We work through case studies of both successful calls and expensive mistakes.

September 2025 Cohort

Applications open in June 2025 for our autumn program. We keep cohorts small so everyone gets attention. Classes meet twice weekly in the evening. Located in Daejeon's Dong-gu district, accessible by public transit.
